  Unfinished job - stopped answering my calls and messages

  I would say seemed like a nice guy on the phone but he didn't complete the job. I was led to believe the job was complete and so I paid him agreed amount. I later found out that he hadn't done all areas. Dean confirmed he had misunderstood what the job was. When I clarified and pointed out that my original job did say 'throughout the flat', he apologised and said "not a problem I apologise for my mistake", "I can go back up on Friday and do the rest". He never went back. Despite numerous calls and messages from me I never heard from him again. This was back in July 2025.

  Moving a massive fridge and oven installation

  Super flexible, helped move a large fridge from garage to kitchen, removed and reinstalled the front door to get it in. Removed an old oven and installed my new one. Very efficient, hardworking team! Will defo use them again!
