Prompt at 1st visit, did need to come back but subsequent visit very good

I called Dcl due to non-urgent water leak in my kitchen. Plumber arrived punctually and rectified the problem. He also repaired another valve which wasn’t operating properly. Satisfied with service offered, reliable and quality work performed.

We had an absolute disaster in our new home with the work by the previous owners being done incorrectly, resulting in the drains backing up into our house - resulting in a foul smell due to waste under our flooring & rats! Desi came out very quickly and knew what the problem was after the first visit and explained all the costs. Due to additional needs, we explained that we'd appreciate this being done as soon as people. Sarah was able to get us in very quickly and the issue (a huge job) was sorted in less than a week from initial contact. Desi & Leo were very communicative about everything

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. The plumber (Dean) arrived promptly this morning, listened to my concerns re the various problems I had and explained clearly what he would do to fix things. He had to go to purchase some parts needed but returned very quickly. When he finished he showed me everything he had done and thankfully the leak is fixed and the sink emptying more quickly than it ever did!! Many thanks
