We had an absolute disaster in our new home with the work by the previous owners being done incorrectly, resulting in the drains backing up into our house - resulting in a foul smell due to waste under our flooring & rats! Desi came out very quickly and knew what the problem was after the first visit and explained all the costs. Due to additional needs, we explained that we'd appreciate this being done as soon as people. Sarah was able to get us in very quickly and the issue (a huge job) was sorted in less than a week from initial contact. Desi & Leo were very communicative about everything

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. The plumber (Dean) arrived promptly this morning, listened to my concerns re the various problems I had and explained clearly what he would do to fix things. He had to go to purchase some parts needed but returned very quickly. When he finished he showed me everything he had done and thankfully the leak is fixed and the sink emptying more quickly than it ever did!! Many thanks

Fitted and supplied a Stuart and turner pump with a three year warranty. Could not have done a better job arrived on time and cleaned up when finished, perfect job Thanks

The DCL team responded so quickly on my request, came asses the job, agreed with the date and completed professionally and promptly. Definitely recommended.

I had 3 jobs done by DCL plumbing and it was all an expensive disappointment. One major issue was a leak from a fixing that was attached to the electical shower (removed and reinstalled during the job). After carving the wall adjacent to fix the leak, Lee said they would send a decorator to undo the water damage and the hole in the wall. None of that happened as Dean didn't want to take responsibility. Overall, the jobs had no attention to detail. Wonky shower tray with pooling of water in a corner, wrong sized toilet seat and half assed silicone. Never again, and honestly tired of being upset
