Thank you Dan for being so prompt in coming out to sort our intruder alarm problem out just before we were going on holiday. Our neighbour was looking after our house when we were away and had no problems with the alarm. all I can think of is I reset incorrectly, but you showed me the correct way which was much appreciated. Rang Dan and he came out in 30 minutes as my old security light was left dangling on the wall by the wind. Dangling went away and came back an hour later and fixed it up no problem. Excellent sevice and a good price 👍
