Dan came out when agreed and was great at explaining the work scheduled . He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely patient, kind and tolerant of my questions. He was courteous, fun and a pleasure to have him around my property whilst carrying out the work, even kind enough to help out with a couple of other issues, and rectifying some teething problems for me that I'd struggled with. Nothing was a problem to him and I would certainly recommend D Clark Security. I am now extremely happy with my upgraded security system and peace of mind it brings.

Thank you Dan for being so prompt in coming out to sort our intruder alarm problem out just before we were going on holiday. Our neighbour was looking after our house when we were away and had no problems with the alarm. all I can think of is I reset incorrectly, but you showed me the correct way which was much appreciated. Needed a replacement burglar alarm, came to give a quote at a mutually convenient time. Quote sent through professionally. Agreed an installation date, arrived on time. Very respectful towards property. Installation explained and completed thoroughly and professionally.

Rang Dan and he came out in 30 minutes as my old security light was left dangling on the wall by the wind. Dangling went away and came back an hour later and fixed it up no problem. Excellent sevice and a good price 👍
