I received and accepted a quotation for work to be completed that included a cost & start date he was free, which was confirmed by Duane through FB Messenger. I messaged the day before the work was due to commence asking fir an aprox arrival time, (which i dont think is unreasonable) i didn't receive a response to my message and he never turned up the following day. Ive attempted to communicate with him to establish is availability, but did not get a response. I cant understand why you would agreed to carry out work for someone & then not attend or at the very least, inform them. Unprofessiona

Excellent response time and completion of job to a very good standard. Posted the job on a bank holiday weekend and job completed promptly. Great communication and competitive pricing. Care taken of property throughout work and cleaned well after. Many thanks, will recommend and use again 😊
