Not really a bad word to say really, was always on time, work was finished by the time they said it would be and to an excellent standard. One thing I hate and building work is the mess and although you can never avoid mess obviously they were so tidy.. they cleaned up after each day and went to extra lengths at the end of the job to make sure everything was left how it was before. Very impressed and won't be using any other company for future work. Highly recommended

Dave was recommended to us by family members after doing their property extensions. He did an excellent job. Both Dave and his team were punctual, polite and very efficient, they cleared up at the end of every day and maintained good communication as the work progressed. Our project was to remove an internal wall installing a large steel support to open up our kitchen & living space. Install bifold doors and fit composite decking. We would highly recommend D Chattaway Construction

Dave and his team did a fantastic job converting our garage into an office and remodelling the back of our house to create a larger kitchen/dining area. The team were friendly, polite, reliable and completed all tasks to a high standard. Would highly recommend and would use again. We love our new living space, many thanks Dave and the team.

House renovations can be really stressful but Dave and his team really took the stress away.
