Sam and the team were fantastic from initial quote to carrying out the work. We live in an older building so needed a new fuse box along with a car charger. The information he gave around the different types and what would be best for my need. The work was done in the expected time and was done to a high standard and was spotless. When they left. Very efficient and pleasant throughout from initial survey by Sam to installation by Steve and his assistant. Installation was neatly carried out and everything left clean and tidy. Steve took time to make sure internet connection was properly set up and to ensure I was happy with how it all worked. I was very happy with whole process.

DCE Electrical have been a breeze to deal with from start to finish. It was close to the end of March 2022, when the government grant for EV chargers was about to expire. So demand was high. Sam from DCE was the outset, was very quick to reply to my emailed enquiry, answering all questions. And was able to squeeze me in for installation to capitalize on the government grant. Installation was equally excellent. Quick, clean, tidy and talked me through how to use the features of the Zappi charger. Highly recommend.
