Dylan and his team have just finished work on our house which had a severe case of dry rot infestation. He did a thorough investigation and determined the extent of the spread. As it was quite a big job, he talked us through the whole process and kept us frequently updated with the process through meeting in person, calls, and with whatsapp photos. Dylan also managed to accommodate our additional requests which saved us the trouble of finding more trustworthy tradesmen, and advised us on how to keep the house in good shape and prevent the dry rot from coming back.
