  In purchasing a ground floor flat, a structural survey was undertaken and damp issues found.

  David and his son, Aaron came to view the property and identified two issues: rising damp in the front & rear and a small leak to the front of the property. An injection of a cream damp-proof membrane was injected, front & rear, the leak identified and fixed and the walls and ceiling replastered. It’s clear from the drying plaster that the leak and damp are fixed. David & Aaron have carried out a brilliant job. And we would use them again without hesitation. The work has been carried to a very high standard and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend their work. Thank you.

  Clean, professional & reliable

  I had DB wolden damp proofing in to sort out rising damp in my living room. They removed the area affected and injected a new dpc then re plastered. They were very clean and professional and would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who has any damp issues.

  Rising Damp Remediation and Positive Ventilation System installation

  David undertook Rising Damp Remediation in a bedroom and also supplied and fitted a Positive Ventilation System installation to help prevent condensation issues in the house. He did an excellent job on both counts. He was friendly, hard-working and punctual and cleaned-up on completion. We are very pleased with the work he did for us and would have no hesitation in recommending him to resolve any Damp, Condensation & mould problems.

  Re-render and plaster damp bedroom external wall

  Found this very pleasant chap and his assistant on Checkatrader. He very promptly gave me a quote and carried out the work. Delighted with their efficiency and hardly any mess. Work area was kept very clean and tidy. Excellent quality and finish would not hesitate to recommend. Will definitely call him again if any future work needs to be done.
