  Mould inspection

  Dale had brilliant communication and really helped put my mind at rest. He came the following day and had all the information and answers we needed. Dale helped me figure the issue and helped put a plan in place for the future. There was no pressure, just advice and help on how to fix problems. Thanks again would recommend you to anyone.

  To repair fireplace wall from salt contamination

  I chose D B preservation to repair my fireplace wall which has salt contamination at the bottom of it and Nick was very helpful and kept me informed about the date for doing the job right up to the night before so that was good communication by them. On the day of the job,Dale arrived and explained what he was going to do and the timescale for finishing the job before he started the repair. After the first day, Dale tidied up the mess and explained what he was going to do to finish it the following day and then on his return the following day, he completely finished the excellent job.

  Damp issue in my recently purchased house

  Dale came initially to investigate a damp issue I had, he identified the problem. And have a quote for the repair, which was value for money and the workmanship was second to none. I have known dale from when I was a self employed electrician worked on many projects. He is professional and timely, as well as being very skilled in his craft

  New subfloor

  Dale was both professional and courteous. After investigating the potential damp issue it transpired the problem was poor air flow and subsequently condensation. This caused the sub floor to rot. Joists,flooring replaced and some plasterwork. Dale carried out the work at the agreed time and date and was methodical and meticulous in his work. Dale was a good price for the work carried out. Overall very pleased with Dale and would certainly use again.
