Really grateful to Donald. Arrived on time and got straight to work. The job required some problem solving - but this did not phase him. Preserved until the job was complete. Will definitely be getting Donald back for some other plumbing jobs that I have .

Donald was considerate from the word go and was very quick to diagnose what was needed. Clear communication was kept throughout as well as punctuality. With any changes needed he sought my opinion first, as well as leaving the bathroom and house clean throughout and after the completion of the job (leaving just sheets down throughout the route he was taking in the house) Highly recommended!

Phoned up at 7pm for an urgent call-out to a leaking kitchen sink in my air BnB. Sent details across following morning and they came exactly when they said they would but travelled over 1 hour to get to me. Went and got all the parts needed and fitted at the property without me even needing to be there as I live far away. Locked up and left it so tidy and clean. Inspected job later that day and super impressed. Will be using again for more rental Properties and highly recommend them.
