  Chimney repair

  On noticing that we had rain seepage in our loft, it was traced to some badly repaired flashing and pointing around the chimney. A repair that itself had been carried out several years earlier by the insurance company, though had not been properly 'stepped in' to the brickwork. Beagle Building Contractors had been recommended to me by a neighbour and David spared some of his own time to carry out the repair work. It was very clear from the outset that this was a much better quality, much more permanent repair.

  From the beginning of the work Dave and his team have been enthusiastic, knowledgeable and hard working. There have been some snags (not the result of anything the team have caused) which any sizeable project will encounter, but Dave has always been ready to act promptly and explain solutions. His experience and attention to detail is awesome and he has a trusted relationship with the council planning departments ensuring smooth planning applications and building reg approval. We now have a sizeable extension finished to the highest standards. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave Beagle.
