  double joist replacement

  Absolutely thrilled with the joist replacement work! Our builder tackled the challenging task of replacing two rotten joists in difficult to access areas with incredible skill and professionalism. From the get go, they were incredibly informative, clearly explaining every step of the process and what needed to be done. We truly appreciated being kept in the loop. The finished work was impeccable, and they made sure to show us everything once it was completed. A truly fantastic job from start to finish!

  Great sealant job

  David was super communicative, and prompt - and did a great job of resealing our bathroom shower unit. The job was quick, clean and David was friendly and a pleasure to have in the house.

  Arrives on time as arranged, very polite and friendly with great knowledge of the job in hand, kept his working area tidy and left my property as it was on arrival. Only a small job done but still happy to recommend.
