    Never turned up

    Initially there was a good conversation between myself and this company. They promised to come and see my property and discuss my requirements. They made one attempt to arrange a visit, unfortunately I was unable to answer my phone. I then communicated to them by email quite a few times but they stopped replying to my emails and I have not heard from them for over a week - in the end a complete waste of time.

    Felling Tree with Baby Birds Nesting

    Apparently felling trees and disregarding the fact that baby birds were nesting at the time. Refusing to make comment on their actions by not issuing a statement. One can only assume they wanted completion of the job to be paid rather than delaying after nesting finished. Currently, according to kent online, actions are under investigation. You should be ashamed and hopefully a fine will hit home.

    Good reliable quality

    I have used Day Tree Fellas for a few years, and they've just left today after another excellent piece of work. This included cutting hedges 9 0r 10 feet tall, ensuring the tops are level and smart. Also two tall fern trees, a large laurel and more. Clearing up very thorough, and importantly three really good blokes. Good to have them around.
