  100 year old lead pipe replaced efficiently

  We were very pleased with the work done by Ian and his son when they installed a new water pipe up our drive, The moling was done very efficiently and Ian was very good at liaising and co-ordinating with our workmen who were installing a downstairs toilet for us, and keeping us informed before, during and after the work was done.

  Turned up next day, polite and tidy!

  After discovering we had a supply pipe leak, we contacted Ian who arrived the next day and talked through various scenarios and the associated costs. There was a bit of confusion over whether YW were going to deal with the leak, so part way through the job I had to just pay Ian for what he’d done as YW were taking over. He took it in good spirit and then when YW didn’t in fact complete the work, he came back with no issue. Professional, polite and a tidy worker.

  Reliable company providing excellent advice

  Dawsons were great from start to finish. Ian turned up on time to look at the job, quote arrived by email when promised, kept me informed at all times. Any issues with water to your home can be very stressful, so if you need someone reliable, use Dawson Utility Works.

  Ian Dawson was very professional, reliable and good workmanship. Attended as agreed and completed the work within 1 day. Left after tidying up and supplied us with all of the relevant paperwork. Excellent communication, I would highly recommend.

  Mains water leak

  The main supply pipe leaked, somewhere in the garden. We called Ian. He came. He found. He fixed. Fast, efficient, effective. What more could you ask for?
