  Water leak - fixed

  Ian was great and I’d definitely use him again. I arranged for him to search for a leak somewhere on my elderly father’s farm. Because I wasn’t able to be on site he arranged to send me updates and was quickly able to find the leak and fix it. Not only that he came back to ensure it was fully fixed and found another more minor leak, and fixed that. I have 100% trust in him and would recommend him to anyone else - I’d definitely use him again. Thanks Ian

  100 year old lead pipe replaced efficiently

  We were very pleased with the work done by Ian and his son when they installed a new water pipe up our drive, The moling was done very efficiently and Ian was very good at liaising and co-ordinating with our workmen who were installing a downstairs toilet for us, and keeping us informed before, during and after the work was done.

  Turned up next day, polite and tidy!

  After discovering we had a supply pipe leak, we contacted Ian who arrived the next day and talked through various scenarios and the associated costs. There was a bit of confusion over whether YW were going to deal with the leak, so part way through the job I had to just pay Ian for what he’d done as YW were taking over. He took it in good spirit and then when YW didn’t in fact complete the work, he came back with no issue. Professional, polite and a tidy worker.

  Dawsons were great from start to finish. Ian turned up on time to look at the job, quote arrived by email when promised, kept me informed at all times. Any issues with water to your home can be very stressful, so if you need someone reliable, use Dawson Utility Works.
