    Baxi boiler installation

    Dean visited first to explain the boiler replacement process. I got a quote plus timetable so I could clear the area/plan for temporary loss of hot water. From the start he was friendly and professional in his work. He had an impressive range of kit and cleared away well between shifts, so apart from no hot water I wasn’t further inconvenienced. There were some unrelated plumbing issues which meant extra cost, but he handled them quickly and efficiently. At the end Dean was very helpful with Baxi forms and warranty, in fact he largely dealt with it himself. I would definitely use DAW again.

    Professional and Reliable Service

    Dean and the team at DAW Electrical & Gas Engineering were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. After moving into a new property, I upgraded the heating by replacing the outdated gas system with modern electric radiators and a fireplace. The work was completed to a high standard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend them for any electrical or gas services and will definitely use them again in the future.

    Sorting out a wonky Nest thermostat

    After hours of trying to understand Nest error codes I remembered my friend had had a great experience when Dean pretty much rewired his whole house. Although this was a lot simpler I called Dean and asked if he could get me out of a jam because we have guests just about to arrive. He said 'how about in a couple of hours?' and an hour after turning up he had corrected the last electricians faulty wiring and told me to return the replacement Nest thermostat I had just bought. Amazing service, quality work and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dean.
