  Brick pathway in back garden

  We asked for a brick path in the garden to replace the existing lawn, with uneven curves on either side, that widened into a seating area before it reached the back fence. The garden is also, awkwardly, only accessible through the house. David Rutland were happy to take on the job. Communication was very smooth, the quote was clear and competitively priced. The work was carried out on time, neatly, and with patience when moving materials through the house. And the guys doing the work were great. A year later, it's still looking as good as new.   Replacing old patio

  Driveway

  I was anxious on finding the right people to do my Driveway as their are alot of companys out their that you cant rely on. Gary from David Rutland & Co did my Driveway for me and him and his team did a outstanding job from start to finish, very fast and efficient. They was very professional always keeped in touch with me giving me updates and helped me in making decisions. I will be using them in the future for big projects thats for sure. Thank you Gary, his team and Jody from the office.

  New patio, fence and stone paving

  My rear garden raised brick and paved patio was in poor condition and needed re-building. David Rutland did the work which involved taking up and removing all the old paving slabs and substrate, building new walls, re-building the staircase in brick and surfacing throughout with natural stone slabs. A fence was also replaced. The work is excellent and the men were polite and helpful throughout the works which took 5 weeks. I used this company as they built an extensive new drive on the front of my sons house late last year and did an excellent job there too.
