David Rix was prompt to make contact, then visit and equally responsive to all queries towards looking at a short term repair, then progressing to a reroof of slate terrace cottage. Works started on time and progressed to a very tight timeline, kept the work area tidy as very close to neighbours, as well as appreciated and worked within a tight shared access arrangements. The planned works were completed to the agreed times. Some future additional work has also been discussed, and will be carried out at a mutual availability.
