David completed a full renovation of my London flat while I was in Singapore. Outstanding quality: meticulous attention to detail on plumbing, kitchen installation, and finishing work. Every visitor said it was the best-presented flat in the building. Most impressive was his ability to manage the entire project remotely with minimal supervision. Working with David from David Properties was a great experience. He was super professional and really went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out just right. We were really happy with the final result. The job involved fully painting a two-bedroom flat in Chelsea, replacing the old wooden floors with luxury LVT, and doing quite a bit of joinery, lighting, and varnishing. Everything was done to a high standard, and the place looks amazing now. I’d definitely recommend David Properties to anyone thinking about updating or refurbishing their home.

David recently fitted my kitchen, and I’m thrilled with the results. His work was meticulous, completed to an extremely high standard with no corners cut. He did everything including plumbing, electrics, purchasing and laying wood for flooring, plastering... everything! When issues arose with hanging the cabinets, he added extra support to ensure everything was secure. David was professional, pleasant, and very reliable. As a single female, I felt completely at ease having him in my flat. He also tidied up every evening. No hidden costs, just quality work—I highly recommend David!
