Tony was very conscientious and hard working. He took time to explain various aspects, keeping us fully informed throughout. He transformed a very worn and tired patio into looking like a brand new one. A very professional finish that we were very happy with. Would happily use his services again and we highly recommend him to others.

I would always prefer to go by a personal recommendation than using a site such as this. I found David & Tony Penfold by just doing a local search for a driveway contractor, phoned and spoke to David who I felt very comfortable with. Tony then came and gave me a quote which was very reasonable and I felt equally comfortable with him, so didn't check any further. It was a good decision! They did a brilliant job, aided by Norman with his trusty digger and I'm well pleased with the result. I feel they really went 'over and above' and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tony had carried out some repairs to my back garden wall on a previous occasion and I had no hesitation in asking him to come back to repair the coping stones on my front wall. He carried out the repairs to his usual high standard of workmanship and realigned and recemented the wall with care and attention to detail. I am very pleased with the work and I will be using Tony again in the future.

After seeing the excellent work that he did on our next door neighbours crazy paving footpath, we engaged Tony to grind out and repoint the joints in our patio. Very glad we did. He did a great job and also re-fixed a number of loose slabs. The patio looks brand new again. Highly recommended.
