Dave and his team turned up on time each morning, in fact earlier than they had said ! They worked efficiently and got on with the job. They only took two days to complete the job where as others had quoted nearer a week. They tidied up when they had finished on the second day and left me feeling very satisfied even if I was out of tea and coffee ! 🤣 I've already asked for a quote on a patio in the rear garden. David Newnham Building & Surfacing completely revamped my old tarmac driveway and removed the rear patio slabs, creating a much-improved space. The team worked in a highly professional and organised manner, ensuring the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. They were always willing to help with any request and showed great consideration for my neighbors, especially since we live in a cul-de-sac. Despite the chilly weather, the team remained dedicated and worked together seamlessly. I feel I received excellent value for my money, which is why I continue to choose them.

From the day I requested a quote from David Newnham Building & Surfacing for a patio area with dwarf wall and steps, to the finished job, Mr Newnham was first rate. Mr Newnham's team arrived on the agreed start date and at the time of day stated on the contract. Workmanship of my Patio is amazing, the sandstone pops against the house and garden. From start to finish the workmen were professional and courteous, in all the works took just over a week to complete, a few days sooner than expected which was great. Great price too, Thanks Mr newnham.

We cannot speak too highly of the service provided by Dave and his team. Nothing was too much trouble and they always checked exactly how we wanted things done rather than crash on without consultation. Initially our driveway was extended and this lead on to doing the groundworks for a soil pipe from what was to become an ensuite. Because we were so impressed, we asked for a quote to take down a solid wall between two rooms to create a large bedroom with ensuite. We have been delighted with their careful work and the excellent end results.

Fantastic work by Dave and the team, from initially meeting and discussing our requirements, along with a flexible approach to how to optimise the driveway/ alleyway area for our requirements. The time spent planning the correct drainage accross the various areas, the communication and clarity of steps and quality of finish was brilliant. Very pleased with the end result, the price. Communication was clear, Dave and the team took pride in what they were doing as if it was their own house and it shows in the finish. Earlier this year a company came to remove moss on the roof, this involved removing tiles and replacing the same tiles. While working on a neighbours property Dave noticed some cracked and misaligned tiles. We asked him to quote for the repairs required, resulting in whole roof being stripped, rebattened, refelted and retiled. Dave and team have carried out an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to others.
