  Replacement Garage Flat Roof

  After initial contact David phoned to make an appointment to view the roof and discuss our options. We were sent two quotes detailing the different materials that could be used and nearing the start date they emailed to let let us know a date and that a skip would be arriving. They made sure that a tarpaulin and wooden blocks were in place so that the block paving was not damaged. The workers were polite and courteous, they arrived on time and made sure before they left that everything was secure and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending David James Roofing.

  It’s just so nice to be able to trust and feel confident that firstly they knew what they were doing and secondly actually made me believe they wanted to do the job and a good one at that, three options quoted giving me room to decide what was best for me, no pressure just genuine advise offered. I was not disappointed the work was clean and of a high standard, taking the time to explain and provide pictures’ of work done due to proximity ..  a fab job and would not hesitate to use again highly recommended

  Replacing ridge tiles

  Not only repairing the ridge tiles, but the job required one of the valleys to be repaired. Alongside lifting and making good dime of the roof tiles. So professional, and friendly. The area they set up to work from was cleared away. Everything left as they found it - just a much needed repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

  Strip back, repair and then retile part of roof

  Courteous, friendly staff, good price , cleared up site everyday, always explained what they were doing Even saw problem with a tile on part of the roof they weren’t working on and sorted that, the highest compliment I can pay them is by saying next time I have a roof problem this os who I’m calling first!

  David James is an absolute joy to deal with. He kept me informed of the start date of the job, being somewhat weather dependent. All of his team were courteous throughout the job. He never tired of me asking questions and would answer patiently anything I was curious about. Attention to detail was impressive and he went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Price was exactly as per his original quote, which was very reasonable for the excellent level of service and finish. Refurbished flat roof, soffits, fascias and gutter all look superb. All rubbish cleared up. A good communicator.
