  Offered a site visit promptly. Unfortunately David was unable to take on the job but he was always quick with replies, offered helpful solutions. I would consider hiring David in future.

  Gas safety inspection and repair

  Asked David for a gas safety certificate for my rental property. Whilst carrying it out he noticed a leak in the boiler. David gave me a fair quote for the repair and for the safety certificate. He knew I had tenants moving in within a couple of days so agreed to carry out the work before the tenants were due to move in. Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will definitely use again and recommend to others
