  Efficient installation

  The job was to replace a large old garage window. Mr Davey offered suggestions about the possible design of a new one given our requirements and provided a quotation. The ordering process and speed were efficient and we were kept informed about delivery and a choice of installation dates. The removal of the previous window and the installation of the new one were carried out efficiently and easily, and pointing was done neatly. Mr Davey ensured the work site was cleared on completion and we were very pleased with the outcome. This was Mr Davey's second visit for work and we would recommend.

  I made the right call

  I am a landlord who lives at a distance from the rental property I own, so it’s always stressful trying to find reliable tradespeople who can complete work quickly and effectively. I was delighted to come across Davey Home Improvements, who fixed a problem with a broken window handle within hours of my making the call. Job done, my tenant was happy and so was I. I will definitely be calling this company if I need help in future.

  Poor communication

  Work agreed, but job not done as workman called off due to illness. Despite 2 messages over more than 2 weeks, could not contact workman to reschedule. Very dissapointed, would rather he just said he didn't want the job. Given up now.

  repair window catches on double glazed windows

  Replacing bedroom window and repairing and adjusting several other windows and doors.

  Lawrence was promoted, professional and respectful of our home. He provided. I’ve rings to protect our furnishing and cleaned up afterwards. Apart from some obvious paintwork requiring painting by us you’d never have known he’d been in. The finished product is brilliant. His skills and workmanship ship are outstanding and I would highly recommend his work.

  We were recommended Lawrence by a family member so got him round for a measure up and a quote, came back with a fantastic price and his workmanship is spectacular, couldn’t recommend highly enough, he was clean, tidy, efficient, prompt, and very well priced, will definitely have him back for more work
