  Diagnosis of a EV Charger fault

  Paul is an outstanding individual, prompt, professional & knowledgeable. His approach was thorough & methodical. He identified a number of possible causes & we are working through each one. His communication skills are excellent having spoken to one of the component manufacturers prompting them to send new spares FOC within 24 hours. I will definitely be using his services again. Thoroughly recommended, he's an asset to his company.

  There was an electrical fault on the main switchboard. one of the fuses kept triping.

  Paul called me back very quickly after I posted my request. He introduced himself and told me immediately how much his call out fee and any extras might be. He arrived on time and immediately checked the fuse board, identifying the issue from that side. He then checked all the sockets and other appliances connected to the circuit, indentifying a leak from the inflow of the boiler that was dripping onto the connector block. He isolated the wiring and put it inside a choc box, ensuring that we could run the heating. I would thoroughly reccommend Paul and Davey Electrics.

  New consumer unit installed

  Paul was very thorough when he came to assess and quote for the work. On the day, the job took longer than anticipated but he took time to check all was working as it should be and that I was happy with the finished work. He also left the area very clean and tidy! Paul was very friendly, courteous and provided a fantastic service so I would highly recommend him.

  Setting up a new cooker

  What should have been a straightforward job turned out to be a bit more complicated. Paul was determined to get it done. He wouldn’t leave until He had finished it. He explained what needed doing. Paul is friendly and Easy going and I would sincerely recommend him.
