  Friendly and good communication - would use again

  We needed routine guttering cleaning on a 2 storey detached house, that was on a slope with possibly tricky access. The staff in the office were very helpful with our multiple questions and liasied promptly with the rest of the team who reassured us that scaffolding wasn't necessary. All communication was very prompt; the cleaner arrived at scheduled time and the gutters vaccumed accordingly (2 days ago). Photos were provided of the work (camera attached to telescopic pole) although in reality, these were not of much use. No issues identified. Would use again

  Low quality evidence photo, inadequate lean-to cleaning

  First of all, I found it a bit disappointing to see that inner glass of lean-to was not cleaned. The service owner told me standard service covers only outside of lean-to, which was not mentioned anywhere in the quote. By meaning cleaning lean-to, I would expect to cover both sides. Secondly, the photos they shared were a bit inadequate, for example I don’t see any pictures of roof gullies so I am not sure if service was delivered there or not. I received 6 photos and most of them were either too close-up or blurry.

  Thank you for your feedback, Mehmet. We'd like to clarify that the work was completed on 7 April 2026 and we responded to your concerns at the time. Our lean-to service covers external cleaning only as we are an external cleaning company;internal cleaning is available separately. The roof gullies were cleaned as agreed. We also inspected your query regarding possible damaged concrete free of charge and confirmed it was roofing felt. We appreciate your comments about the photos, have since improved our reporting, and were pleased to provide a discounted package to help work within your budget.
