Dave came round, rushed me when looking at the job but said he'd do the job in 2 weeks and would call to arrange it. Waited 2 weeks no call. Rang the office to explain no one had been in touch. Bloke rudely asked "Has it been raining where you are?" When I said "yes" he replied "well that's why no one has been round. I'll call Friday to book it in" he said. No apology that no one hadnt called in the first place just rudeness.Friday came no call.Let down 2 weeks before Christmas desperately disappointed as thought they were professional due to how long they've been in business. Obviously not!!

The customer asked us to estimate some rendering works for her , as she had already received an extortionate price from another company .
We priced the work a few weeks before Christmas, which she accepted .
However the weather was wet and unpredictable.
The work we carry out is external rendering and vulnerable to the weather .
She is having difficulty understanding the reason this work cannot be done in bad weather as it will destroy what we are trying to achieve.
I have phoned Lorna just before Christmas, saying that as the weather is dry over the Christmas period , we can provisionally book for the works to be done on Tuesday 31st December and we are waiting for a reply .
