The customer asked us to estimate some rendering works for her , as she had already received an extortionate price from another company . We priced the work a few weeks before Christmas, which she accepted . However the weather was wet and unpredictable. The work we carry out is external rendering and vulnerable to the weather . She is having difficulty understanding the reason this work cannot be done in bad weather as it will destroy what we are trying to achieve. I have phoned Lorna just before Christmas, saying that as the weather is dry over the Christmas period , we can provisionally book for the works to be done on Tuesday 31st December and we are waiting for a reply .
