I requested a replacement of a torn washing machine seal from DWMR and Leigh responded straight away. I supplied photos of the damage and he replied straight away with a quote. As he had the required part in stock, he was able to come and replace the seal straight away. On a Saturday too! Very polite, friendly, with fair pricing and excellent communication. I couldn’t fault a thing. I would highly recommend Daventry Washing Machine Repairs.

Leigh was honest fair and actually talked to me on the phone to try and fix the issue with my washing machine before coming out to me. He did manage to come out the same day and was very polite, friendly and replaced the brushes there and then. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Excellent, professional and pricing fair.

We called because our new washing machine wasn't turning, we were very patiently talked through a series of troubleshooting measures we hadn't tried yet and managed to get it working! Leigh was so professionally and patient with his service. He gave advice, asked questions, and took the time to understand the problems, helping diagnose the issues with my washing machine over the phone and via pictures and videos. Leigh gave valuable advice and his assistance for free, plus, tried to avoid me as a customer being charged a call out fee for an issue that would cost more than buying a new machine, due to the motor on an older model of machine packing up. Leigh has my upmost respect for the kindness shown, and if I need a repair in the future I would call him straight away!
