From referral to completion of job was excellent. This is a 5 star company that look after you. The contact from the office detailing when/who would be visiting was communicated in advance with a text reminder nearer the day. Another text on the day with an eta given. The electrician was well presented and courteous, even took his shoes off without being asked! Exemplary work-no mess left behind and I felt confident that the job would be completed well due to the knowledge being shared.Definitely would recommend and use again-particular thanks goes to Peter. Very helpful and friendly chap. Arrived on time. Very efficient and polite. Very respectful of my home. Got straight down to it, found the fault and corrected it. I would not hesitate to get them back for any further work.

Datel kept us informed at all stages in what we thought would be a really tricky job as our property dates back to 1850. Their electricians were polite, clean and kept the disruption to our electrical supply to an absolute minimum. They have completed other minor jobs for us in the past, always to our complete satisfaction.
