As always an efficient approach to time and work investigating electrical problems in my home.

One of their electricians came to do a survey of our house's electrical systems. He took about six hours and produced a lot of photos of various items of equipment. He told us what needed to be done to bring the system up to date to comply with the current rules. I am waiting for a written list of what items need to be done ie those items are urgent and those items are not so urgent.

Datel electrical are brilliant! From the first visit to assess what was needed - updating an old fuse box to a safe, modern RCBO consumer unit - to the installation and issuing of test certificate. I was kept updated on arrival times, the electricians who did the work were exceptional. On time, hard working and left everything tidier than when they started. Outstanding all the way. We had a loss of power in our kitchen and conservatory plus all sockets upstairs. We had contacted other electricians recommended by friends but they either didn’t reply or replied too late. I rang Datel who were very helpful on the phone followed by a visit by an electrician the next morning. I thought he was just going to have a look but he started straight away to very efficiently restore power and to isolate the problem. The price for the work was very fair , and so I’m pleased to recommend Datel.
