I have known Michael and used his services for nearly 20 years (as of end 2024. Having provided a remote data back up service for many years, he has since taken on our remote IT support as well. He always strives to solve the problem whatever arises and makes sure we re back on line as soon as possible. I have literally seen the hours that he has put in when needed to make sure our machines run well, all within the agreed retainer fee. Michael and his team are no-nonsense down-to-it guys that go the extra mile for your gig!
