This was a domestic call out for my father who is suffering with dementia and despite us trying to solve his broadband and landline issue we were stuck. John was incredibly quick to respond, completley understood the urgency for a man in his eighties to not have his landline and visited immediately. John solved the problem and has made the whole family extremly happy. It is great to work with someone with so much technical experience and maturity in understanding the situation. I have been in the telecommunications industry for over thirty years working for and contracting to major service providers.
My company now provides telephone cable installations and maintenance including broadband fault finding, repair and WiFi solutions.
We are installers of many data cabling manufacturers including Excel, Hellerman Tyton and Panduit Cat5, Cat6 and Cat6a Systems.
