  House Renovation

  We bought a 1930s house in Oxford that needed full modernisation and hired Dashi Construction after meeting Lulzim, who provided a clear and reasonable quote. The six-month project included replacing ceilings, updating electricity and plumbing, plastering, combining the kitchen and dining room, installing a new kitchen, carpentry, a skylight, and a full bathroom remodel. Lulzim’s professionalism, communication, and problem-solving made the process smooth. The work was completed on time with superb quality. We highly recommend Dashi Construction.

  Redoing render on front of house plus other small jobs

  We hired Dashi to redo the render on the front of the house, along with a number of other, smaller jobs. They were fantastic. The job they've done is great and at all stages Lorenc was terrific at communicating. He responded to any questions or concerns with clarity and sensitivity. In removing the original render, certain issues were revealed, but Dashi dealt with these brilliantly and ensured that a proper job was done. I highly recommend them. We'll certainly be using them if we need more work doing in the future.

  Internal wall removal and relocation of staircase

  Single-storey rear extension

  Just finished a single storey rear extension with dashi construction. I was happy with every aspect of the project. The cost and the details of project were made very clear at the beginning. The team was very organized, punctual and tidy. We were kept regularly updated with the progress of the project. Lul is very friendly and willing to make any changes during the project. The end product was fantastic and we are now enjoying the summer in our spacious and wonderful place.

  Shower cubicle and tiling . Replaster and paint ceiling .

  DashI Construction replaced our shower cubicle and re tiled the area .They also re plastered and painted our kitchen ceiling. They were very honest and professional with the service they provided . They kept us updated at regular intervals with the progress and finished the job to a high standard. I would also like to add that the aftercare once the job had been completed was excellent too. I have had DashI pass by a few times to make sure there are no issues with the work that had been carried out . Highly recommend DashI Construction. Will definitely use them again .
