1.67 Missed an obvious issue and gave terrible advice!

VJ turned up on time and was very pleasant to deal with, however he missed an obvious issue with the washing machine (pump needed replacing). When I called him after his visit for advice when I realised the machine was still not working - he told me to replace the washing machine, which is only four years old / he then blocked my calls. I called a proper engineer who replaced the pump and couldn’t understand why VJ missed the issue. Fixed Dishwasher with minimum fuss. Ordered part and fitted with no additional call-out charge. Courteous, turn up on time, happy to explain. They have no incentive to sell you a new appliance and get an honest job done as soon as they can.Verified reviewerJob location: HA210 Advice Given

Friendly, courteous, on-time, knowledgeable and very helpful. Mr Vora was able to fix the issue (the washing machine wouldn't turn on any longer) quickly and tell me what steps and options I could take next as the dryer stopped working altogether. He gave me detailed ballpark costs of what my options were after his work was done and this helped me make my own decision on what to do next.
