Very efficient communication and service. Did a neat, high quality repair.

Darsi got us out of a jam by responding very quickly to our job request. Not a straightforward like for like replacement and Darsi made some pragmatic adjustments to for the new unit. Prompt and courteous. New unit looks great.

Darsi came to replace an extractor fan. There was shoddy handiwork by the original installation for the New Build, and Darsi fixed their shoddy work and replaced with new parts. He was honest and clear about how much it would cost, and finished the work in good time. There were some marks left on the wall we’ve repainted over, but I think realistically it would’ve been really hard to carry out the work without leaving anything I would recommend using Darsi and would use him again if I have similar issues.

Response was quick and great communication throughout. Arrived on time and showed utmost care when it came to our home and belongings. (Covered up shoes, cleaned workspace after etc) Even took the time to try and help with tricky dishwasher job for which they did not charge extra.

Solid, professional, reliable. Decent guy and good at communicating problems and delivering a solution.

Darsi is a very polite man. He was quick to respond to messages and came out in 2 days. Very happy with his work. I would definately contact him again for any plumbing issues.
