  Darsi was the first to contact us about the work and provided a very reasonable estimate, which we accepted. A visit was quickly arranged and he arrived on time, took precautions to avoid dirt being carried inside the house and started work. An additional part was needed and he quickly sourced and collected it before completing the task. The final price was simply the estimate plus the verified cost of the extra part with no attempt to inflate the total. He cleaned up around the work area and demonstrated a successful job. Efficient, personable and trustworthy; a true professional who cares!
