When another problem arose a short time after, he identified the cause quickly and was very accommodating in getting the issue resolved for us without delay. After the annual boiler service there was a problem with the water and heating not reaching the correct temperature, this was quickly diagnosed as an airlock in the boiler that Darren resolved. The company provided excellent service. The engineer was highly professional and courteous. He immediately put me at ease, as I was quite stressed about the gas safety inspection. He even went above and beyond by removing the cooker for me, which he was not obligated to do. He completed the job swiftly and efficiently. I could not have asked for better service. The engineer was very friendly and the price was very competitive. I will definitely use this company again. They deserve a 5-star rating from me.
