I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Clearline. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating. First, they showed up late to the scheduled appointment—without even a courtesy call. When they finally arrived, the plumber seemed rushed and uninterested in actually diagnosing the issue properly. I explained the problem clearly, but they barely listened and offered a quick, temporary fix that failed the very next day. Worse yet, when I tried to call their office to follow up, I was put on hold indefinitely. NEVER USE THIS PLACE

Really knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Sorted the issue efficiently, and have been able to find a solution to problem going forward. Highly recommend!

Darren arrived promptly and got straight to work identifying the issue. He kept us informed throughout the process and was extremely professional. The leak was fixed quickly and efficiently and the area left clean and tidy. Darren was polite, personable and not at all pushy. We would strongly recommend Cleanline & Darren to anyone.

Helpful and friendly

Under ground leak detection is obviously specialised. I haven’t experienced such a problem before and therefore had no contacts or recommendations to assist me with this. I selected Clearline on a gut feeling. From making my initial contact with Tre to them finding and rectifying the problem their service has been absolutely fantastic. Both Tre and Darren attended my property - I found them to be incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy with great communication and really nice guys who worked hard and fully resolved the problem. With out hesitation I would use them again and recommend them.
