Reliable and professional service from start to finish. The plumber completed two separate jobs in my home, both to a high standard. Communication was clear, they arrived on time, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The work was done efficiently with great attention to detail, and everything has been working perfectly since.

Had a great experience with Darren Ferguson. He came out on really short notice when my bath was completely blocked and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing—no messing around, just straight to fixing the problem. Everything is draining perfectly now, and he made sure to leave the area clean before he left. On top of that, he also took the time to help a 90-year-old lady, which says a lot about his character. Really appreciate the quick response and quality work. Would definitely recommend Darren to anyone !

Initially booked to replace a radiator but what was brilliant is Darren diagnosed the issue first (not just cracking on with replacement) and quickly sorted the issue, saved me a lot of money and will get the radiator refunded as well (my own purchase). Would really recommend to others

Darren gave me a very quick response. After seeing the photos I sent him, he immediately pointed out the problems and made recommendations. He came the next day (a Sunday) with all the equipments and spare parts. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. I ended up asking him to do more jobs.
