  Central heating and bathroom

  Upstairs extension to bungalow. The works started april2024 and the builder was finished Aug 2024. The plumber was paid for heating work and up to 2nd fit of the bathroom. We then agreed a bathroom and paid for materials. Then the cold weather came, no heating. The plumber had left the system drained down, had not connected 2 radiators.(claimed the valves had broken, then admitted error) a minor leak from another radiator, and continued delays. Whole of upstairs complete in 4 months, plumber then took 8 months more (may 25) to complete. Have lost sleep over this, never want to see him again.

  New boiler fitted in challenging space

  From the moment of contact through the whole process Dan and Tess were helpful, professional and made a difficult situation enjoyable and manageable. Work was completed in time, fantastic workmanship, incredibly patient with elderly relative ( she was left smiling broadly and very happy with her new system as Dan took time to explain everything) Dan dealt with all the mess and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I really cannot recommend them enough

  Oil boiler service

  Absolutely fantastic. It was really easy to arrange our service, Tessa was always very quick to reply, flexible and helpful. When Dan arrived he helped with our million questions (we haven’t lived here long or had an oil boiler before), was knowledgeable, professional and a really lovely guy. We won’t use anyone else now! Thank you Tessa and Dan!

  Dan is cheerful & friendly and obviously takes pride in his work. There was no problem if anything needed adapting to fit & nothing was too much trouble. I'm really pleased with the work carried out & would highly recommend this company.

  New Boiler with Nest System

  Very happy with the work that was carried out for us. From start to finish they were a very friendly officiant company. Dan fitted us a new boiler, he was friendly, polite and on time every day. He went over and above for us and takes great pride in his work with excellent knowledge in his trade. Dan made sure we knew how to use our new Nest heating system before leaving and even help me set up the app in my phone. we will definitely be using him again for future works. 10/10 this company in my opinion.
