  Darby was recommended to us by a friend, and did a very efficient job removing a chimney breast for us, preparing the room for plastering, putting acoustic insulation in the floor, and arranging plasterers for us. He was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative in the run-up to the job, providing us with lists of materials to buy, and responding quickly to any queries. During the work he was extremely hardworking and got the job done quickly, and we are very pleased with the results!

  Attentive and hardworking shop refurb!

  We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Darby’s Home Improvements. From start to finish he was incredibly attentive, really listened to what we wanted, and delivered exactly that on time and at a fair price. His work ethic was spot on, always turning up on time and working hard to get the job completed to a high standard. The renovation of our shop front has completely transformed the space, from the custom counter and additional racking, to the modern customer facing area. The quality of the finish is excellent and we look forward to having him back to complete more changes.
