I had a small job to do which consisted of an issue with downstairs toilet cistern & a leaking tap. Details were provided. Contact was made but basically it would be many hours later for a response and this went on for a few days like take internal picture of cistern, when do you want the job done. I had the impression that my time was being wasted.

Job done, but still leaking after left, but quick call and came straight back to fix problem. Very pleased.

Dan came to install two new radiators in our home. He was polite, tidy, and I am very happy with the work he did. Thank you again.

Dan was timely, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future or recommend him to others.
