After the work has been completed a leak in our master bedroom increased in size. I contacted the supplier but there was no willingness to solve this issue, even after photos were provided. The resolution offered was to spend more money to solve an issue that was made worse.

Dave was first to respond to our enquiry and gave us a competitive price which, despite some months' delay due to having problems getting our solar panels removed, he honoured. A very genuine tradesman! Our old roof was stripped, re-felted, battened and tiled quickly and professionally. Dave's own team, and the scaffolders and rubbish removal contractors that he employed, were all efficient and courteous. Accordingly, we have no hesitation in giving DAO Roofing the highest recommendation.

We have used the company on several occasions for different jobs and the jobs have always been to an excellent standard. Being pensioners you worry about rip off tradesmen- doing shoddy work +being overcharged ! But we can honestly say whenever we have used this company we've been extremely happy 😊

Very Good communication and cleanliness throughout the project. Costs agreed upfront. Work included demolition of old conservatory and footings removed. New footings for Extension to be built on. Matched brickwork to house for extension and a slightly tapered warm roof with an overhang installed. Patio doors and windows ideas discussed before ordering and installed. Inside extension we discussed where I wanted lights, sockets, new radiator, TV etc. All Electrics and Plumbing done using correct trades. Quality of work is excellent. Job done safely and in a timely manner. Great Firm!

Very Good communication throughout the project. Any issues found during the Job was discussed and solution agreed. Costs agreed upfront. The addition of new Facias, Soffits and repointing of chimney came during the job as they needed replacing. This was also discussed as a possibility before the job commenced. Quality of work is excellent. Job done safely and in a timely manner. Working area was left tidy throughout the working days. A job well done and I will certainly use this firm again.
