First class job from my first contact to the conclusion of the job today. Did exactly what I needed, fitted in with my timings. Very tidy job, very reasonable price. We have already recommended him to another family member and I will keep his contact details for any future work.

contacted Dan after being let down by another plumber. leak was getting out of hand. Dan was out of area (on holiday!) and gave loads of advice over WhatsApp. turned water off. disabled lights from consumer unit etc. Dan arrived when promised sat morning 8am. he traced the leak, thro trial, error and critical thinking. got to work on the repair, having to remove sink n loo in bathroom to get to the leak. he tidied up and couldn't have been any better. lovely guy. already recommended him to a friend.
