The work you want completed must be viewed in person to give fixed price, unfortunately I can’t give a price from a video or photos.
We need to check the surfaces making sure they are sound and able to be plastered while I am there.
I am checking the logistics of the building can I get the sheet of plasterboard into the room etc.
