I spent hours trying to sort out a problem causing a valve to leak. I was probably the cause and definitely made it worse. Daniel came to the rescue. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time at all. He was remarkably non judgmental about my chaotic attempt to have a go. Saw the problem and sorted it. Polite - friendly - dependable knowledgeable- very much a “can do” plumber and heating engineer. Definitely our go to person for future needs
