  Very good price compared to others on here

  Really great experience with Deniz, he took on my job and moved things around when I need a plasterer urgently. He is very courteous, friendly and would use services again. He was also one of the few ppl who contacted on here and was half the price of others that contacted. Did not add for coming at short notice. Thank you Deniz. Highly recommend. Did a great job.

  D&Y Building carried out a render repair for us and then re-painted a sizeable area at the front of our building; they were competitive on price, worked independently, claimed no extra costs and delivered a very high standard of workmanship.

  Highly Recommend Denniz

  Highly recommended Denniz's at D&Y Building. He is a very professional and knowledgeable individual. He is able to identify issues, recommend effective solutions, advise on correct materials and completes work to a high standard, whilst bearing cost in mind. Denniz plastered a number of areas and stayed late to ensure job was finished. I am very pleased with his work and found Denniz helpful and easy to communicate with. I have already re-hired Denniz for addition painting and maintenance works as he has a wide range of skills. Denniz work is excellent and would highly recommend his services.

  Removal of lining paper and plastering over old door way in hallway/living room

  Deniz was very polite and professional. He clearly took great pride in his work and he had every right to do as he worked very hard and stayed late for us on the Friday night to ensure the job was finished. We are so happy with the work he carried out, the walls look great and you cannot see the door through the plastering at all. We have already asked Deniz to give us some quote’s on further work, so I think that speaks for itself! Top job by a lovely hard working grafter! Highly recommend.
