  The team were courteous, on time, explained what they were doing and what was happening during the 3days it took to complete the works. They were very knowledgeable both in the building/plumbing work and the office staff, who were also very friendly and very helpful.

  Bathroom Sealant

  Removed and replaced my old sealant after having someone else make a mess of it. Great communication from Sofia & a fantastic job done Would definitely recommend & use again in the future Thank you!

  the plumber turned up early and after being shown the work to be done went to get parts needed right away . He returned and told my what parts were required first and i told him to start i was happy with procedure. He did more than required and updated old original parts and fitted all new parts making no mess when finished . He also checked another sink also in bathroom and also fitted new system in no time at all. I was more than happy with work and cost when he finished both jobs .I would recommend D&W and would definitely use again . 10/10

  identify source of blockage from kitchen waste pipe and replace it with new pipework

  plumber was great. Showed up on time, saw problems immediately but didn't stop there. He examined everything and found an additional cause of the blockage. Cleaned the pipes and replaced the old waste drain pipes under the sink. good communicator and overall very happy

  Full bathroom refurb

  Used D&W to fully strip and refurbish the WC/shower room. Great communication from start, from Alex when surveying, answering all questions and giving suggestions; from Sofia who dealt with follow up questions, provided quotations for furniture,and advised on equipment we were providing ourselves. Once started, the guys worked hard, clean, no question was an issue - we are very fussy/had lots of requests etc but nothing was too much for Alex and the team. I asked for some things to be adjusted and all was addressed with a smile and at no extra cost. I would 100% recommend and use again!
