Dean was on time, polite and helped us with a rat issue very quickly.
We also have a dog was very accommodating.
He was more than willing to come back remove dead vermin.

I cannot recommend Dean highly enough. His attention to detail and honesty are the characteristics you would want in any tradesperson. He was able to identify the entry point for a pesky rat and installed a non-return valve in the drains to prevent their re-appearance. He also managed to deal with an unwanted mole in my garden as well!

Rats in crawl space and walls

Dean was an absolute lifesaver whilst dealing with a rat problem I have previously struggled to solve. He did a thorough inspection of my drains to identify where they were entering and then installed rat-blocker in the drainage system to prevent their entry. He even did a follow-up visit just to check that everything was okay. I’d highly recommend him.

Rat under home and kitchen cupboard

I called Dean out in December as had a rat come into the cupboard under sink.
Excellent service quick response, very helpful did three visits and now all is good. Have previously used him for wasps nests as well and again excellent service. Highly recommend him, and hope I don’t have to but would call him again

Rat issue in kitchen

I’ve used Dean before for a previous job and can vouch for his high standard of work. On this occasion I had an issue with rats coming into the house from the sewer. After 3 visits (all covered by the initial payment) the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Since this I have also had future preventative measures fitted.
No hassle service with great result’s from a friendly guy!
