  Very polite and friendly. They were fast in organising a time to quote and came back to me with the quote quickly. Once I agreed, they arranged a time with me quickly. They were on time and then did the work well and tidied up after themselves. Couldn’t fault them - thank you!

  Quick and efficient communication, with the job being booked quickly. James turned up on time, was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and rectified this quickly. Once completed he showed me his work and explained again what he had done. Afterwards the team checked in to ensure we were happy with the work.

  Reliable, and highly competent,

  Dave answered my Checkatrade enquiry on the same day. Visited the property the day after and gave a quote the day after that. Turned up on time and on the day promised. Sounds like simple stuff but so many tradespeople are unreliable. He diagnosed the problem with our heating system (a smaller fix than I was dreading) and got the work done in half-a-day. I have high hopes that D&S will be our go-to plumbers from now onwards

  Dave and his team were great from start to finish on the various jobs they did for us. We had a replacement shower pump installed , as well as our ceiling boarded and plastered. Would highly recommend and know who we’ll be calling next time we have something that needs doing. Thanks very much!
