Excellent! Darren responded quickly to my enquiry, arranged a time that was convenient and carried out the work to an excellent standard. His communication on the day was excellent, he kept me updated on progress and how he was approaching various challenges (the doors I had were warped), and left everything very clean and tidy. Replaced a very dated set of banisters with white oak handrail and newel posts and simple white spindles. Looks fantastic and totally transforms the hall and landing. Very pleased.
