10 Prompt and efficient service with a smile.

Called D & R who gave a very competitive quote for unblocking a drain at the rear of a small residential estate in Kenton. Arrived promptly the next day and cleared the food blockage swiftly and efficiently providing a typed invoice as requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We had a completely blocked washbasin. Dan was very efficient and polite dealing with my enquiry. Paul came the same day and sorted the problem speedily. He explained exactly what he was doing and was extremely polite and tidy. I had an outstanding experience with this D & R Drain Services plumbing service! From start to finish, quick and efficient - everything was top-notch. The coordinator, Daniel, was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional during our phone conversation, making the process seamless and stress-free. The staff, Paul, was a true gentleman who clearly knew his craft. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue, ensuring everything was perfect, and even applied disinfectant around the area for extra care.
